Job summary

Webologix Ltd/ INC is seeking a SAP ABAP Consultant to join its Vadodara, Gujarat team. The role requires 4 to 7+ years of experience and hands-on proficiency in HANA ABAP, CDS, AMDP and RAP, with strong ABAP development and debugging skills.

You will develop and maintain ABAP objects, OData services, and collaborate with functional teams for delivery and support across implementations, rollouts, and production issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in HANA ABAP.
• Good knowledge of CDS Views, AMDP and RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model).
• Strong experience in ABAP development and debugging.
• Experience in Reports, Interfaces, Forms and Module Pool.
• Good knowledge of BADI, User Exits/Customer Exits and BDC.
• Hands-on experience in OData Services.
• Strong understanding of ABAP development standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver enhancements and change requests as per functional specifications.
• Analyze technical requirements and provide feasible and scalable solutions.
• Perform demo/solution feasibility checks for proposed requirements.
• Provide quick and effective bug fixes during Functional Testing and UAT phases.
• Develop and maintain ABAP objects including Reports, Interfaces, Forms and Module Pool/Dialog Programming.
• Develop and maintain OData services.
• Work with modern HANA ABAP technologies, including CDS, AMDP and RAP.
• Work on BAdIs, User Exits/Customer Exits and BDC.
• Coordinate with functional consultants and business teams to understand requirements and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in implementation, rollout and support activities.
• Ensure quality, performance and timely delivery of assigned development objects.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of production issues.
