Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring for SAP ABAP (non-HANA) with 6+ years of experience. The role focuses on ABAP development, forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, workflows, and OData services using NetWeaver Gateway.

The candidate should be proficient in ABAP OO, ABAP workbench, and have hands-on experience with SAP Scripts/Smart Forms/Adobe Forms, ALV reports, and IDOC/BAPI interfaces. Pan India relocation may be expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SAP ABAP.
• Detailed configuration & maintenance in ABAP components.
• Experience with Forms and reports (ALV, Classical).
• Interface work (ALE/IDOC, BAPI).
• Conversions (LSMW/BDC).
• Enhancements (User Exit, BADI, Enhancements).
• Workflows (Development, Configuration).
• OData framework and service creation using NetWeaver Gateway.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ABAP programs and objects.
• Create and maintain SAP Forms (Scripts/Smart/Adobe).
• Build and expose OData services with Gateway.
• Implement interfaces (ALE/IDOC/BAPI) and data conversion.
• Develop enhancements, exits, and OO ABAP objects.
• Design and maintain workflows and reports (ALV).

• 6+ years of experience in SAP ABAP
• Detailed configuration & maintenance experience in the following components:
• Forms (SAP Scripts/Smart Forms/Adobe Forms)
• Reports (ALV/Classical), Interface (ALE/IDOC,BAPI)
• Conversions (LSMW/BDC)
• Enhancements (User Exit, BADI, Enhancement Spots), Object Oriented ABAP
• Workflows (Development, Configuration)
• OData (SAP ODATA Framework, Eclipse IDE, and SAP Web IDE, OData service creation and implementation)
• Good experience in building OData services using NetWeaver Gateway and ABAP
