Job summary

Cloudxtreme in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP HR consultant with BIB and CPI expertise to support HR data integrations from SuccessFactors Employee Central to SAP ECC HCM. You will design, develop and maintain integration solutions, ensuring secure, reliable data flow and alignment with HR processes.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on SAP ECC HCM, ABAP, BIB, and CPI, familiarity with middleware, API management, and SAP certifications is desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on SAP ECC HCM BIB, ABAP and CPI experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP ECC HCM.
• Experience with middleware, API management and web services (SOAP/REST).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Degree in IT/CS/Business Administration; Masters preferred; SAP certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement integration solutions using SAP CPI with BIB and ABAP for data replication from SuccessFactors to SAP ECC HCM.
• Translate integration requirements into robust technical designs with business analysts and IT teams.
• Configure and maintain interfaces ensuring data accuracy, security and regulatory compliance.

• Produce technical documentation and deliver knowledge transfer for ongoing support.

"Job Title: SAP ABAP HR with experience in BIB & CPI Connector

Job Summary: Job summary We are seeking an experienced SAP ECC HCM BIB Framework, ABAP and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) Consultant/Developer to support integrations that replicate employee and organisational data from SuccessFactors Employee Central into SAP ECC HCM. The role is key to ensuring reliable connectivity and data flow between the new HR system and legacy HR systems, enabling a successful HR transformation. You will design, develop and maintain integration solutions, work with business and IT stakeholders, and ensure interfaces are secure, performant and compliant with project requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement integration solutions using SAP CPI together with the SAP ECC HCM BIB framework and ABAP to support data replication from SuccessFactors Employee Central to SAP ECC HCM.


• Work with business analysts, HR and IT teams to translate integration requirements into robust technical designs.


• Configure and maintain interfaces, ensuring data accuracy, security and regulatory compliance throughout the integration lifecycle.


• Troubleshoot and resolve integration incidents promptly to minimise business disruption.


• Support testing activities, including unit, integration and user acceptance testing, and validate end-to-end integration flows.


• Produce clear technical documentation and deliver knowledge transfer to internal teams for ongoing support.


• Keep up to date with best practice and emerging technologies in BIB, ABAP and CPI to continuously improve integration processes.

Qualifications and experience:

• Proven experience in SAP ABAP HR framework, SAP ABAP with BIB development and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), with a focus on HR integrations between SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP ECC HCM.


• Strong technical knowledge of middleware, API management and web services (SOAP/REST), plus data transformation techniques.


• Demonstrable problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to engage with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.


• Experience of both agile and waterfall project methodologies.


• Relevant SAP certifications are highly desirable.


• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related discipline; Masters degree preferred.


• Minimum 5 years’ hands‑on experience with SAP ECC HCM BIB, ABAP and CPI, ideally gained on HR and payroll projects.


• Familiarity with SuccessFactors modules and SAP HR/payroll processes is essential.


• Experience with ServiceNow, SmartRecruiters, OpenText and DocuSign is desirable.


• Fluent English; Dutch language skills advantageous.
