Job summary

GROUPSOFT US Inc. seeks an SAP ABAP HANA Consultant to join our SAP services team. The role requires hands-on ABAP on HANA development and end-to-end SAP implementation experience.

You will work with clients in North America and Europe, delivering functional and technical SAP solutions while contributing to knowledge sharing. Travel onsite for short assignments may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in SAP ABAP HANA.
• At least one end-to-end SAP implementation & rollout experience.
• SAP certification is mandatory.
• Fiori experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the client’s business functionality.
• Articulate business requirements and propose SAP solutions.
• Analyze current business processes and develop SAP solutions.
• Lead pre-sales activities, demos, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Travel onsite for short durations as required.

Support clients in the selection, implementation, and support of specific SAP modules. This

role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively

integrate SAP technology into the client’s business environment to achieve the client's

Key Skills for the Job

• SAP Skills:
• Should have at least 2+ years’ experience in SAP End-to-end implementation, roll-
• Should have experience and expert knowledge with programming in SAP development

Requirements

Key Job Responsibilities:

• The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the
• client’s business functionality and overall performance while maintaining a high degree of
• Should be able to articulate business requirements and propose SAP solutions.
• Should have experience in understanding SAP Implementation project methodology,
• phases, and work as per tight timelines as per project schedules/ resources.
• Should be able to analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and
• recommend/develop solutions to meet the client's needs.
• Should have experience in managing complex or novel assignments requiring the
• development of new or improved procedures.
• Should demonstrate the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and
• concise documentation and discussion.
• Consultants must have the ability to understand the specific area project risks and be able
• to engage the right stakeholders on a timely basis.
