Job Title: Web Developer – SAP ABAP Development for HANA

Job Summary:

As a Web Developer, you will design, build, test, and maintain web-based applications and site components while also supporting content updates. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to document technical designs, research and implement updated website content, and ensure applications meet both user requirements and organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP ABAP Development on HANA.
• Collaborate with, guide, and manage the team to ensure high performance and quality delivery.
• Take ownership of team-level technical decisions and provide strategic input.
• Engage with multiple teams and actively contribute to key architectural and technical decisions.
• Provide effective solutions to technical challenges within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing and training sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of web applications.
• Participate in documenting technical designs, specifications, and development standards.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must‑Have Skills:
