Job summary

Masters India is seeking an SAP ABAP Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP, S/4HANA, ABAP on HANA, REST API and FTP/SFTP integrations to design and deliver SAP solutions.

You will work on RICEFW development, CDS Views, AMDP, OData, API integrations, GST, E-Invoice and E-Way Bill, and you will create and optimize ABAP programs for S/4HANA, while ensuring data security and performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
• Experience with S/4HANA and ABAP on HANA.
• Experience in REST API and FTP/SFTP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy RICEFW objects: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms and Workflows.
• Develop and optimize ABAP programs for S/4HANA using CDS Views, AMDP, SQLScript and code pushdown.
• Develop and consume REST APIs/OData services for inbound and outbound integrations.
• Handle JSON/XML payloads, authentication, error handling, logging and API monitoring.
• Develop FTP/SFTP-based integrations for automated file exchange with government portals, GSPs, banks and third-party applications.
• Work on E-Invoice/IRN generation, cancellation, QR code and E-Way Bill integrations.
• Develop GST-related reports and solutions covering GSTR-1, GSTR-2A/2B, ITC, GST Invoices and reconciliation.
• Work with ABAP Dictionary objects including tables, structures, data elements, domains, search helps, lock objects and indexes.
• Perform debugging, root-cause analysis and performance tuning using ST05, SAT, SQLM, Code Inspector and ATC.
• Collaborate with FI/MM/SD functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Prepare technical specifications, unit test documents and technical documentation.
