Job summary

Kyndryl Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to join our team in a partially remote capacity across India.

You will design, develop, and optimize ABAP-based solutions, including RICEFW, integrations, and S/4HANA adaptations, ensuring high performance and alignment with SAP standards. The role emphasizes ABAP Objects, CDS views, OData services, and middleware integrations, with opportunities to work across multiple industries and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and data structures.
• Proficient in ABAP Objects, Data Dictionary, and modularization techniques.
• Familiarity with SAP HANA and S/4HANA development environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows (RICEFW).
• Develop and maintain custom reports, user exits, and BADIs across SAP modules.
• Design high-performance interfaces using IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs for external system connectivity.
• Perform debugging and performance tuning for custom ABAP code and standard transactions.
• Utilize Modern ABAP (CDS views, OData) to support S/4HANA and Fiori-based apps.
• Manage SAP transport requests across the development lifecycle.
• Participate in system upgrades, version migrations, and S/4HANA implementations.
