Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows (RICEFW).
• Develop and maintain custom reports, user exits, and BADIs across all SAP modules.
• Design high-performance interfaces using IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs for external system connectivity.
• Perform complex debugging and performance tuning for custom ABAP code and standard transactions.
• Utilize Modern ABAP (CDS views, OData) to support S/4HANA and Fiori-based applications.
• Manage technical documentation and SAP transport requests across the development lifecycle.
• Participate in system upgrades, version migrations, and S/4HANA implementations.
• Adhere to SAP development standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and their data structures.
• Proficient in ABAP Objects, Data Dictionary, and modularization techniques.
• Familiarity with SAP HANA and S/4HANA development environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative development.
• SAP certification in ABAP preferred.
• Expert-level proficiency in ABAP/4 and Object-Oriented ABAP.
• Strong experience with S/4HANA, CDS views, and OData service development.
• Experience with middleware integration (e.g., SAP PI/PO or SAP Integration Suite).
• Ability to translate functional specifications into efficient, scalable technical code.
