Job summary

YASH Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant for gATP, Sourcing, and SPP within SAP APO. The role focuses on ABAP development, enhancements, interfaces, and support for planning, sourcing, and fulfillment processes.

The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design scalable SAP solutions, maintain interfaces, and support upgrades and production deployments. This is an onsite opportunity based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP APO modules (gATP, Sourcing, SPP).
• Experience with interfaces and middleware technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP ABAP solutions.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with strong expertise in Global Available-to-Promise (gATP), Sourcing, and Service Parts Planning (SPP) within the SAP Supply Chain landscape. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands‑on experience in ABAP development, custom enhancements, interfaces, and support for complex supply chain processes in SAP APO and related SAP modules. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to design, develop, and implement scalable SAP solutions supporting planning, sourcing, and fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• ABAP Development Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP ABAP solutions.
• Develop Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).
• Create and optimize complex ABAP programs, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework implementations, and Object‑Oriented ABAP developments.
• Develop inbound and outbound interfaces using ALE/IDoc, RFC, BAPI, Proxy, and Web Services.
• gATP (Global Available-to-Promise) Develop and support custom solutions for: Product Availability Check (PAC) Backorder Processing (BOP) Rules-Based ATP (RBA) Capable‑to‑Match (CTM) Allocation and Product Allocation processes.
• Enhance ATP check logic and order fulfillment processes.
• Troubleshoot integration issues between APO gATP and SAP ECC/S4HANA.
• Sourcing Support SAP sourcing and procurement‑related integrations.
• Develop enhancements for source determination, vendor selection, and procurement workflows.
• Work with purchasing and supply chain teams to automate sourcing processes.
• Develop custom reports and monitoring tools for sourcing operations.
• Service Parts Planning (SPP) Develop and maintain enhancements supporting SPP planning processes.
• Work on: Demand Planning Inventory Planning Deployment Planning Forecasting Replenishment Planning.
• Develop custom interfaces between SPP and ECC/S4HANA systems.
• Resolve technical issues impacting service parts planning and execution.
• Integration & Support Collaborate with functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP development standards.
• Support system upgrades, testing cycles, and production deployments.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in SAP ABAP development (7+ years).
• Hands‑on expertise in: Reports ALV BADI/User Exits Enhancement Framework BAPI/RFC IDocs SmartForms/SAP Scripts/Adobe Forms Object‑Oriented ABAP Experience with SAP APO modules, especially: gATP Sourcing Service Parts Planning (SPP) Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes. Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA integration. Experience working with interfaces and middleware technologies.

Functional Knowledge

• Supply Chain Planning Order Fulfillment Inventory Planning Demand Management Procurement and Sourcing Processes Service Supply Chain Operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SAP APO implementation and support projects.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain solutions.
• Exposure to SAP IBP is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of CDS Views, OData Services, and Fiori development is desirable.
• SAP certification in ABAP or APO‑related modules is preferred.
