Job summary

AxiTex Software is seeking an experienced SAP expert with 10+ years of hands-on SAP experience to design, develop, and deploy SAP enhancements and integrations across finance IT, including SD, MM, FI/CO modules. The role centers on SAP BTP, ABAP, Fiori, SAPUI5, and cloud-based modernization.

You will support the full SAP project lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to cloud-enabled transformations such as RISE and ECC to S/4HANA migrations with code remediation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience, hands-on required.
• Design, development, testing and deployment of SAP enhancements and integrations.
• Familiar with SAP BTP, ABAP, SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, CAP, HANA Cloud.

Responsibilities

Experience: 10+ years, with hands-on SAP experience (mandatory)

Business Context

• Finance IT organization rolling out SAP globally and retiring legacy systems
• Focus areas: accounting, purchasing, vehicle sales and ordering
• SAP configuration, customization, and development

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of SAP enhancements, customizations, and integrations using SAP BTP, ABAP, SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, CAP, HANA Cloud, and other SAP technologies
• System Implementation: Support the full SAP project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and analysis through go-live and post-implementation support
• Collaboration: Work closely with functional teams, project managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Methodology: Follow Clean Core principles, adapt cloud-based applications using SAP Cloud Platform tools, and embrace a cloud mindset
• Documentation: Develop and maintain design specifications, test plans, and user manuals

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in SAP ABAP, including RESTful programming (RAP), CDS, and modern extensibility
• Strong experience with SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and OData services
• Knowledge of SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI/CO, or others
• Knowledge of BTP tools/services, including SAP Build Work Zone, Business Application Studio, and GIT
• Experience developing cloud-based applications on SAP BTP
• Experience with SAP HANA and S/4HANA environments, including S/4HANA upgrades and ECC to S/4HANA upgrades with code remediation
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform, RISE, and SAP integration technologies (IDocs, RFC, BAPI, SOAP, REST)
