Job description

As a Vice-Principal in the pre-primary section of Samaritan Public School, Bankra, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning and development of early childhood education. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative, educational, and managerial tasks, all focused on providing the best possible learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities

1. Control independently the TI’s and teachers for smooth functioning of daily school activities.
2. Collaborate with the Principal to develop and implement the pre-primary section’s educational goals and strategies.
3. Conduct regular performance evaluations of teaching and non-teaching staff and provide constructive feedback to improve teaching methodologies and classroom management.
4. Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable and motivated to learn.
5. Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians, keeping them informed about their child’s progress, events, and activities.
6. Handle parent inquiries and concerns with empathy. Resolve conflicts and arguments between teachers and parents.
7. Work with teachers to develop and update the pre-primary curriculum, incorporating innovative teaching techniques.
8. Encourage student involvement in various activities that promote creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork.
9. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of education and the school environment.
10. Any other tasks assigned by the Principal or competent authority from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
