Job Description

An experienced Salesforce QA professional with strong expertise in functional testing, integration testing, and Copado-based DevOps processes. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality Salesforce releases through robust testing strategies and seamless CI/CD pipeline validation.

• Analyse requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT test cases.
• Test Salesforce configurations including custom objects, fields, validation rules, relationships, Lightning components, Flows, and Approval Processes.
• Validate custom developments such as Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce components.
• Perform API testing (REST/SOAP) and end-to-end integration testing with external systems.
• Use Postman for API validation and data reconciliation.
• Work with Copado for release management, environment promotions, deployment validation, and rollback testing.
• Execute and maintain automated test suites using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Log and track defects using JIRA / Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and product owners in Agile teams.

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Salesforce testing (Service Cloud preferred).

Strong expertise in functional and integration testing.

Hands-on experience with Copado DevOps.

Experience in API testing (REST/SOAP).

Working knowledge of Salesforce data model and SOQL.
