Job summary

AgileEngine invites an experienced Tech Lead to guide delivery across Salesforce and AI agent initiatives, bridging business stakeholders and engineering teams with strong solution design and hands-on leadership.

You will mentor engineers, drive architecture, and ensure governance and security while partnering with product and data teams to prioritize high-value use cases and deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, or delivery experience.
• Experience in a Tech Lead or equivalent role with leadership responsibility.
• Strong project management and cross-functional delivery experience.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience including integrations, workflows, and enterprise use cases.
• Experience with AI agents, agent workflows, or intelligent automation.
• Familiarity with Claude, Agentforce, and related AI tooling.
• Solid understanding of solution architecture, systems integration, APIs, and enterprise design.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for Salesforce, AI agent solutions, integrations and workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders, PMs, architects, and engineers to define scope and plans.
• Design scalable solutions across Salesforce and related platforms.
• Provide hands-on leadership for agent-building initiatives using Claude and Agentforce.
• Guide development of AI-enabled workflows and user-facing agent experiences.
• Manage dependencies, risks, milestones, and cross-team coordination.
• Review designs, code, configurations, and approaches for quality and maintainability.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Tech Lead to guide delivery across Salesforce and AI agent initiatives, with hands-on experience building agents on platforms like Claude and Agentforce. This person bridges business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating priorities into solid solution design. Strong project management and cross-functional communication round out the role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery for projects spanning Salesforce, AI agent solutions, integrations, and enterprise workflows.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, architects, and engineering teams to define scope, solution approach, priorities, and implementation plans.
• Design scalable technical solutions across Salesforce and related platforms, ensuring alignment with business requirements and long-term architecture goals.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for agent-building initiatives using Claude, Agentforce, and related AI tooling.
• Guide the development of AI-enabled workflows, automation patterns, and user-facing agent experiences.
• Drive project execution by managing dependencies, technical risks, delivery milestones, and cross-team coordination.
• Review technical designs, code, configurations, and implementation approaches to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Mentor engineers and developers, support technical decision-making, and establish engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with data, product, and business teams to prioritize high-value use cases and operationalize solutions effectively.
• Ensure solutions meet standards for governance, security, reliability, and supportability.

MUST HAVES

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or technical solution delivery.
• Proven experience in a Tech Lead, Technical Project Lead, or equivalent role.
• Strong project management and cross-functional delivery experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience, including platform capabilities, integrations, workflows, and enterprise use cases.
• Experience building or enabling AI agents, assistant workflows, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Familiarity with Claude, Agentforce, or comparable LLM and agent-building platforms.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, systems integration, APIs, and enterprise application design.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, technical leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience across Salesforce development, administration, or solution architecture.
• Familiarity with prompt design, agent orchestration, grounding patterns, and AI workflow evaluation.
