Job summary

AgileEngine LLC is seeking a Tech Lead to guide delivery across Salesforce and AI agent initiatives, bridging business stakeholders and engineering teams. You will translate priorities into solid solution design and lead cross-functional delivery across enterprise workflows.

Role requires hands-on Salesforce experience, strength in project management, and the ability to mentor engineers while maintaining governance, security and reliability standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering, platform engineering or delivery roles.
• Proven Tech Lead, Technical Project Lead or equivalent experience.
• Strong project management and cross-functional delivery skills.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with platform capabilities, integrations, workflows, and enterprise use cases.
• Experience building or enabling AI agents, assistant workflows or intelligent automation.
• Familiarity with Claude, Agentforce or similar LLM platforms.
• Strong solution architecture, systems integration and API design knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and technical leadership.

ABOUT THE ROLE
