Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad is hosting an in-person Walk-in Drive for Salesforce QA professionals with 5–15 years of experience. The drive focuses on testing Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, with emphasis on automation and API integrations.

The event targets experienced testers ready to participate in functional, regression, integration and UAT activities, working closely with analysts and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Ability to create test plans, test cases and execute end-to-end scenarios.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and API validation is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, system and UAT testing for Salesforce applications.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, Apex classes and Lightning components.
• Create and execute detailed test plans and test cases from business requirements.
• Identify, document and retest defects using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with BAs, Developers, POs and stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Validate integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Conduct end-to-end testing across multiple Salesforce clouds and custom apps.
• Support automation testing using Selenium, Provar, Copado Robotic Testing or equivalent.

Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Stakeholders to clarify requirements.

Validate integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Support automation testing using Selenium, Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, or similar tools.
