Job summary

A leading IT services company is hosting a Walk In Drive for the position of Recruiter specialist in Talent Acquisition on 3rd January 2026 in Pune. They are looking for candidates with 4 to 15 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing end-to-end Salesforce solutions and automating business processes using Salesforce tools. This is a full-time position in Information Technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years' experience implementing and developing solutions in Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience in developing end to end Salesforce solutions using various configuration tools.
• Automate business processes using Salesforce/CPQ automation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules and email Alerts.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements, design functional solution prototypes, & test in CPQ.

Job Description

• Minimum 4-6 years’ experience implementing and developing solutions in Salesforce CPQ
• Develop end to end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization - APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components
• Develop requirements, designing functional solution prototypes, & testing in CPQ
• Connect with cross-functional teams regularly, building and managing holistic relationships with selected partners.
• Automate business processes using Salesforce/CPQ automation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules and email Alerts.
• Develop end to end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization - APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components (LWC) etc.
