Azurity Pharmaceuticals - India is seeking an experienced Salesforce Manager / Technical Lead to steer a high-performing Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud team. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise-grade solutions balancing customization with platform capabilities and low-code approaches.
• Partner with business teams to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions with measurable value.
• Present solutions clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to expand client engagements and drive revenue growth.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices.
• Coach and mentor junior/mid associates; encourage certifications.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Manager / Technical Lead to lead a high-performing Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud team while serving as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders. This role requires strong people management, clear communication, and the ability to guide teams through complex architecture, development, delivery oversight, and strategic partnership. The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader and effective people manager who can mentor development teams, communicate complex ideas with clarity, drive innovation, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud developers, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee project delivery to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
• Manage project priorities, resource allocation, timelines, and client expectations across multiple engagements.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards, best practices, and governance policies.
• Monitor team performance, utilization, and project metrics to drive operational excellence.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Visualforce.
• Architect enterprise-grade solutions that effectively balance custom development with Salesforce platform capabilities and low-code/no-code approaches.
• Partner closely with business teams on an ongoing basis to assess business challenges and recommend strategic Salesforce solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Present completed solutions and articulate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders and technical audiences.
• Identify opportunities to expand client engagements and contribute to strategic revenue growth initiatives. Stay current with Salesforce platform releases, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Evaluate and implement new tools, frameworks, and Salesforce capabilities to improve delivery efficiency and solution quality.
• Coach, mentor, and support professional development for junior and mid-level associates.
• Encourage certification attainment and continuous technical learning across the team.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including required experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Proven experience leading and developing technical teams. Expert knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Salesforce Data Model, and Salesforce Security Model.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git version control, CI/CD deployment methodologies, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, governor limits, and scalable design principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certifications.
• Experience implementing enterprise integration and design patterns within Salesforce.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and the Lightning Design System.
• Experience working within Agile and EOS-based delivery environments.
• Experience supporting healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
