Job summary

Mirketa Inc. is seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager for Salesforce projects in India. You will lead end-to-end delivery, collaborating with PMO, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires extensive hands-on Salesforce development and enterprise project leadership. You will drive solution design, integration strategies, and deployment processes while mentoring teams to adhere to best practices and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years hands-on Salesforce coding and leading development teams.
• 4+ years delivering Salesforce projects including enterprise life cycles.
• Experience with multiple Salesforce Clouds and integration technologies.
• Experience using Agile methodologies.
• Salesforce certifications such as Admin, PD1, PD2, JS1 are a plus.

Job description

• Be accountable and responsible for the end-to-end delivery of application technology solutions in line with strategic business objectives.
• Provide consultation directly to customers around solution options as needed and work with project team to develop a strategy for execution of product roadmaps.
• Work with key business stakeholders to prioritize planned and unplanned development and maintenance project engagements.
• Work with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to develop high level understanding of scope and feasibility of technical solutions and oversee product planning, delivery, release management, and deployment to ensure technology standards and business needs are met.
• Lead all design/development aspects of SDLC for Salesforce projects in partnership with PMO and head project execution, resource deployment, and overall leadership and coordination efforts to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure proper functioning of the Products / Applications and recommend upgrades for them and elevate any issues, risks, and decisions to the COE Leader or other stakeholders as necessary and develop mitigating actions.
• Ensure standards, procedures, and methodologies in the delivery life cycle are followed and review projects or deliverables for completeness of thought and consistency of approach and interface.
• Good knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Framework.
• Set and enforce design standards, development standards, and operational standards to be followed by the technical team.
• Interface with client to understand functional and technical requirements.
• Align with SF architect for overall Enterprise design.
• Must have Good Knowledge of Apex Triggers, Batch Classes, and Schedulers, LWC, AURA, Lightning Migration
• Must have good knowledge of Integration using REST and SOAP.
• Good working functional and technical knowledge of at least 1 Salesforce product e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
• Understanding of deployment processes and tools about Salesforce like SFDX, Git, AutoRabit

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications.
• 8+ years on hands on coding experience on Salesforce and leading development teams.
• 4+ years of overall project delivery experience in Salesforce and should have 1 or 2 Enterprise full life cycle project implementation experience of Salesforce/Force.com projects as a Delivery Manager.
• Experience with different Salesforce Clouds and Integration technologies.
• Experience using Agile methodologies.
• Must have Salesforce Certifications like Admin, PD1, PD2, JS1 etc.
• Good to have architect certification.
• Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and reasoning skills to earn support of business leaders, technology leaders, colleagues, and vendor representatives.
