Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.

• Experience with Omni-Channel, Entitlements, Milestones, and Knowledge.
