Zensar Technologies is seeking an Intermediate Salesforce Software Engineer to design, develop, and configure Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives. You will work under senior engineers to deliver CRM features, integrations, and customisations while expanding your Salesforce expertise.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, with strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce automation tools.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum development practices.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to end‑to‑end Salesforce development across design, build, and deployment phases.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL.
  • Configure and customise Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and senior engineers to understand and implement technical requirements.
  • Participate in code reviews, applying and learning best practices for security, performance, and maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing Salesforce customisations, automations, and integrations.
