Job summary

Alstom Transportation seeks a Salesforce expert to design and govern the Salesforce Services Core Model, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global deployments.

You will lead technical design, development activities, and collaborate with ERP, Engineering, and Digital teams to deliver scalable solutions and release-ready artifacts.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, preferably IT.
• 7+ years of Salesforce ecosystem experience.
• Knowledge of IT solutions for Customer Services.
• Familiarity with data management and ETL concepts.
• Salesforce certification: Admin, Platform Builder I, Service Cloud Consultant.

You''ll contribute to the design and technical architecture of our Salesforce applications, ensuring alignment with our core model and supporting global project rollouts. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (ERP, Engineering, Digital), manage the technical design of Salesforce Service solutions, and much more.

Youll specifically take care of documenting technical core models, leading development and release management activities, but also interacting with operations teams to provide technical expertise.

• Presenting solution documentation to diverse audiences

• Degree in engineering, preferably in information technology
• 7+years of Experience of understanding of Salesforce ecosystems
• Knowledge of IT solutions for Customer Services
• Familiarity with data management and ETL concepts
• Mandatory Salesforce certification (Administrator, Platform Builder I, Service Cloud Consultant)
• Experience with Salesforce architecture, design, integration technologies (including Platform Events, Connected Apps, Mobile SDK, SSO, OAuth, SOAP, REST, SOA), Apex, Test classes, Triggers, Visualforce, Javascript, SOQL/SOSL and Release Migration Tool
• Experience with GIT, JIRA
• Experience in Community Cloud & Platform Builder II is an added advantage
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
