Qualifications

We are looking for a Salesforce Senior Developer with 4+ years of hands‑on experience to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in LWC, Apex, integrations (REST/SOAP), Flow automation, and platform security best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• - Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex
• - Build and consume REST and SOAP APIs for integrating Salesforce with external/third‑party systems
• - Design and implement complex business automation using Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled)
• - Configure and maintain platform security — profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, field‑level security, and role hierarchy
• - Write efficient, bulkified, and governor‑limit‑compliant Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Queueable, Async Apex)
• - Participate in technical design discussions and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• - Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to Salesforce coding best practices
• - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration failures
• - Collaborate with architects, admins, and QA teams across the SDLC
• - Maintain documentation for technical designs, integrations, and deployment processes
