Job summary

Cprime, a global AI-first consulting and platform partner, seeks a Salesforce Operations & Data Quality Specialist to own data integrity across licensing and renewals within Salesforce and Atlassian PPC systems.

You will monitor error queues, triage data issues, perform corrections, and drive improvements with stakeholders across business and technology, ensuring accurate customer records and scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Salesforce error queues and exception-tracking objects.
• Review and triage data-related issues impacting renewals and licensing.
• Perform manual data corrections to ensure record accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and remediate duplicate, missing, incomplete, and mismatched renewal records.
• Maintain account alias mappings for customer-name variations and account matching.
• Manage customer and billing-profile cleanup across all Cprime accounts in Atlassian PPC.
• Escalate defects and complex issues to Licensing Technical team with clear docs.
• Report on recurring issues, data cleanup progress, trends, and metrics.
• Recommend process improvements to increase data accuracy and reduce manual effort.

Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Salesforce Operations & Data Quality Specialist to support the integrity, accuracy, and scalability of our licensing and renewal operations. This role will serve as the operational owner for data quality monitoring, exception management, account maintenance, and customer record cleanup across Salesforce and Atlassian PPC systems.

What you will do

• Escalate confirmed system defects and complex issues to the Licensing Technical team with clear documentation

• Recommend process improvements that increase data accuracy and reduce manual effort

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Salesforce Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Data Quality, Business Operations, or a related field
• Experience working with Salesforce data management, reporting, and record maintenance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Track record of building executive-level relationships and influencing multiple stakeholders across business and technology organizations
• Excellent presentation, communication, and executive facilitation skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience supporting SaaS, licensing, subscription, or renewal operations
• Familiarity with Atlassian products and licensing environments
• Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience
