Job summary

ADV TECHMINDS in Hyderabad, India seeks a senior Salesforce architect with 7+ years in SF domain to lead solution design and architecture. You will guide complex requirements, ensure scalability, security, and high availability while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Expect strong focus on performance improvements, customer experience, risk management, and mentoring teammates for successful delivery across projects.

Qualifications

• Coordinate with Test Leads, DevOps, Tech Specialists and other streams to ensure project success.
• Manage client and team expectations effectively.

Primary Skills: SF OMS, Salesforce Platform features (Configuration and Programming), i.e. Automations, Validation tools, Record Sharing & Security, Integration etc

Secondary Skills: Java, Salesforce CLI (VS Code)

Nice to have: Knowledge on SFCC

1. Should have at least 7+ experience in SF domain lead solution design and architecture

2. Ability to navigate and negotiate through complex & difficult to deal with requirements and manage scope

3. Expert at advising and Implementing performance and security guidelines / improvements

4. Influence technology and design decisions at org level and with customers.

5. Architect Solution performance that satisfies and plan for scale, security, high availability and flexibility.

6. Understand complete business of the customer and ensure great customer experience.

7. Be proactive in highlighting risks and escalation management.
