Qualifications

• Strong experience in Salesforce platform development and nCino customization.
• Proficiency with Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and LWCs.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Solid understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud and security model.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications on Salesforce and nCino platforms.
• Configure and customize nCino modules (Commercial Lending, Treasury, Deposits, Onboarding).
• Develop Apex classes, Triggers, LWCs, Visualforce pages, and integrations.
• Implement workflows, approvals, validation rules, and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Follow Salesforce and nCino best practices for security and performance.

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce nCino Developer to design, develop, and support banking and financial services solutions built on the Salesforce and nCino platforms. The candidate will be responsible for implementing scalable solutions, customizing nCino modules, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications on the Salesforce and nCino platforms.
• Configure and customize nCino modules such as Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, Deposit Account Opening, and Customer Onboarding.
• Develop Apex classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and integrations.
• Implement and enhance workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and business automation.
• Integrate Salesforce/nCino with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Follow Salesforce and nCino best practices for development, security, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce Platform Development.
• Hands-on experience with nCino Bank Operating System.
