Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced nCino Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable banking solutions on the nCino BOS built on Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, nCino products, banking processes, and integration frameworks.

The role requires leading end-to-end architecture, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering secure, scalable solutions while mentoring teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in nCino Platform implementation and architecture.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Integrations.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Strong understanding of Banking and Financial Services domain.
• Experience in application and integration architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of nCino solutions.

• Design scalable and secure solutions leveraging nCino and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Configure and customize nCino modules such as Commercial Lending, Retail Lending, Customer Engagement, Deposit Account Opening, Treasury Management.
• Define integration architecture using APIs, middleware, and third-party banking systems.
• Review technical designs, code, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
• Support production deployments and resolve architecture-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
