Our internship program offers students practical exposure to real Salesforce implementations and CRM development within a live startup environment.

Role Overview

As a Salesforce Intern, you will support the development, configuration, and administration of Salesforce CRM solutions. You will work with the technical and business teams to build custom features, automate workflows, and optimize Salesforce to meet real business requirements. This is a paid internship designed for students who want hands-on Salesforce experience within a technology startup environment.

Salesforce Configuration and Development

• Assist in configuring Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, and workflows.
• Support development of custom components using Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Build and manage automation using Process Builder, Flows, or Workflow Rules.
• Assist in writing and testing Apex triggers and classes.

CRM Administration

• Support Salesforce org administration including user management and profiles.
• Assist in managing security settings, permission sets, and roles.
• Maintain data quality through imports, deduplication, and validation rules.

Reporting and Analytics

• Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for business teams.
• Analyze CRM data to provide actionable insights.
• Assist in tracking sales pipeline and key performance metrics.

Integration and Testing

• Assist in integrating Salesforce with third-party tools and APIs.
• Support unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features.
• Document configurations, test cases, and deployment activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Tech / BCA / MCA / MBA students from Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines
• Eligible years: 2nd year, 3rd year, and final year
• Strong interest in CRM platforms, cloud technology, and business automation
• Ability to commit 40 hours per week during the internship period

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of CRM concepts and Salesforce platform
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Exposure to Salesforce Admin or Developer certifications
• Familiarity with Apex, LWC, or Visualforce
• Basic understanding of SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language)
• Experience with Salesforce Trailhead learning modules
