MaxVal Group, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Implementation Lead who will oversee end-to-end Salesforce deployments across the organization, working with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions on time and within scope.

The role requires leading full lifecycle implementations, mentoring admins, managing timelines and risks, and ensuring best practices, security, and data migration strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9-12 years experience as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Consultant.
• Salesforce Admin Certification is required; additional certifications preferred.
• Experience eliciting requirements, designing, and implementing custom Salesforce solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile project delivery, requirements gathering, and UAT guidelines.
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, Presentations and collaboration tools like JIRA and Teams.
• Excellent time management, ability to work independently, and prioritize multiple demands.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, APIs, and data migration.

Job Summary

The Salesforce Implementation Lead is responsible for leading the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions across the organization. This role oversees end-to-end Salesforce implementations, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and partners to ensure solutions align with business goals, follow best practices, and are delivered on time and within scope.

Requirements

• 9-12 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator or as Salesforce Consultant

• Experience working with customers to elicit and analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement custom solutions
• Strong knowledge of Agile project delivery practices, requirements gathering, user story prioritization and solid UAT guidelines required
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Presentations and other online collaboration tools like JIRA and Teams are required
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work as well as work independently is necessary
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and core platform features. Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and data migration strategies
• Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage competing client demands.
• Learning agility, including a demonstrated ability to pick up and master business and technical subject matters quickly.
