Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of experience in Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Omnistudio. The role focuses on designing and delivering customized Salesforce solutions, including integrations and data management for payer/provider contexts.

Ideal candidates will have strong Agile experience and relevant external certifications. The position involves collaborating with stakeholders and leading technical reviews to ensure best practices and successful program

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce experience with Health Cloud and Service Cloud
• Health Cloud and Omnistudio mandatory experience
• Expert in designing and developing customized Salesforce solutions
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and configuration domain skills
• Experience with payer/provider data management and care management implementations desirable
• Familiarity with Agile and program execution methodologies; SFDC external certifications and Health Cloud certifications are preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop configurable Salesforce solutions across design, coding, and implementation phases
• Design, code and implement Salesforce applications and integrations
• Guide the technical team with code reviews and Best Practices in Agile environments
• Gather and document functional/technical requirements for new projects and enhancements
• Work with stakeholders and partner communities to ensure project success
• Possess PD1/PD2 and Health Cloud certifications; OmniStudio is mandatory and Gen AI exposure is a plus

1. Job summary: Overall 6+ Years experience in Salesforce CRM-Health and Service Cloud and current role as Senior Developer. Health Cloud and Omnistudio is Must.

Expert in Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. Responsible for Salesforce Design and development during each phase of the development process.

Expert in Developing configurable solutions within the Salesforce platform. Involves in designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.

3. Required Skills Technical Skills: Health Cloud, Omnistudio, Salesforce Integration, Salesforce Configuration Domain Skills, Payer, Provider Data management and Prior experience on Care Management implementation would be preferred. Experience in Agile and program execution methodologies SFDC external Certifications, AP certifications in Health cloud Extensive experience with working with different stakeholders

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expert in Developing configurable solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Involves in designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
• Having Tech Skills in Salesforce Development Skills, Omnistudio, Health Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning , Sales Cloud ,Service Cloud, Administration and performs code reviews.
• Develop custom applications using Salesforce.com and integrating Salesforce.com with other systems.
• Apply best practices and design patterns of best-of-breed applications developed on the Salesforce. com platform.
• Gather, analyse and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions and production issues reported by end users. Experience is Partner community, AP certification in Health cloud and other external certifications desirable .
• Ability to guide technical team with technical advice, code review comments, industry best practices. Knowledge of Agile Methodology.
