KKR Gurugram, India, seeks a Senior Salesforce Analyst to lead design, development, and implementation of Salesforce.com solutions for our financial services operations.

You will work with an offshore-based team and U.S. stakeholders, focusing on Financial Services Cloud, data governance, security, and reporting initiatives using AI tools. Mentoring junior teammates and ensuring quality delivery are key expectations.

Qualifications

About The Role

As a Senior Salesforce Analyst at KKR, you will be instrumental in leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce.com solutions tailored to our financial services operations.

This position reports directly to the CIO and involves working with a distributed, offshore-based team while collaborating closely with U.S.-based stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on leveraging Financial Services Cloud to support and enhance our business capabilities, ensuring high-quality data governance, security, and compliance. You will also play a key role in advancing our mobile strategy, strengthening security practices, and leading reporting initiatives utilizing AI technologies. Mentoring junior team members and serving as a trusted advisor to end-users and business partners will be integral to your responsibilities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams. You should have at least 8-10 years of experience as a Salesforce.com functional analyst or consultant, with demonstrated success in designing and delivering complex configuration solutions. Proven leadership or mentoring experience with junior analysts or developers is essential.

Significant relevant experience within the Financial Services industry, particularly with Financial Services Cloud, is highly preferred. A passion for technology, architecture, and problem-solving at scale is crucial. Strong skills in object-oriented design, SQL, or Excel are necessary to succeed in this role. You should demonstrate the ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and thrive in a distributed team environment. Excellent communication skills in English, with experience working with U.S.-based stakeholders, are required. Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Financial Services Cloud are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and refine complex business requirements by partnering directly with stakeholders across multiple time zones.
• Design technical and functional solutions based on business needs with minimal oversight, leveraging Salesforce.com configuration tools such as objects, flows, formula fields, reports, dashboards, and AppExchange products.
• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, including unit and integration testing, to ensure quality and functionality of solutions.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts during testing phases, resolving complex issues using advanced Salesforce debug tools.
• Engage in business and technology discussions for requirement gathering, prototyping, design reviews, and testing, representing the team in cross-functional and leadership meetings.
• Design and govern scalable data models within Salesforce, applying best practices and object-oriented architecture principles.
• Manage deployment processes and provide post-production support, utilizing scratch orgs and collaborating on CI/CD best practices.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvements, escalating issues as necessary.
• Coordinate effectively across offshore and onshore teams, accommodating overlapping working hours to ensure seamless communication.
• Support end-user onboarding, training, and issue resolution to facilitate smooth adoption of Salesforce solutions.
