Job summary

Criticalriver is seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer in Hyderabad. The role requires 5+ years of Salesforce experience with strong expertise in DevOps, CI/CD, and release management.

You will drive deployment automation, environment management, and source-driven development using Salesforce DX, Git, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Apex development, YAML/Shell scripting, and governance for releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall Salesforce experience.
• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce DevOps experience.
• 4+ years Salesforce Administration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines, Typescript.
• Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) and source-driven development.
• Strong knowledge of Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Good understanding of YAML/Shell scripting.
• Moderate Apex development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage Salesforce releases, deployments, hotfixes, and rollback strategies.
• Implement Git-based branching and source-driven development.
• Configure and maintain deployment automation using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Develop automation scripts using YAML, Shell, and Bash.
• Manage Scratch Orgs, Sandboxes, environments, and environment synchronization.
• Support package-based development and deployment strategies.
• Establish and maintain Salesforce release and deployment governance.
• Perform Salesforce administration including Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Dynamic Forms.
• Manage Users, Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Queues, and Salesforce security models.
• Maintain reports, dashboards, page layouts, and Lightning Record Pages.
• Support data migration, data cleanup, and data quality activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support to business users.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of overall Salesforce experience and strong expertise in Salesforce DevOps, Administration, CI/CD, and Release Management.
