We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead with a strong background in Salesforce DevOps, specifically with expertise in Gearset.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance and support in technical challenges. Oversee the implementation of Salesforce DevOps processes using Gearset, ensuring efficient deployment and version control.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high quality solutions. Establish and maintain best practices for Salesforce development, testing, and deployment. Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications and DevOps processes.
• Facilitate regular team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge sharing sessions to promote continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and DevOps trends to drive innovation within the team. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven expertise in Salesforce DevOps, specifically with Gearset.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle and best practices.
• Experience in leading technical teams and managing software development projects.
• Proficiency in version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
