Job summary

Tekskills Inc. seeks an experienced Tech Lead Salesforce Developer in Hyderabad to design, develop and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

You will lead development teams and provide hands-on coding expertise across Apex, LWC, Aura and Visualforce, while ensuring best practices and security standards. The role requires 7–14 years of Salesforce development experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering integrated Salesforce platforms with REST/SOAP APIs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura and Visualforce.
• Configure objects, workflows, validation rules, reports and dashboards.
• Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Write optimized SOQL and SOSL queries and manage data operations.
• Perform unit testing, debugging and deployments using Change Sets, SFDX or CI/CD tools.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards and governor limits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, admins and cross functional teams.
• Provide production support and resolve defects and enhancements.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead Salesforce Developer to design develop and deliver scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform The ideal candidate will have strong hands on expertise and the ability to lead development teams

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex LWC Aura and Visualforce
• Configure objects workflows validation rules reports and dashboards
• Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
• Write optimized SOQL and SOSL queries and manage data operations
• Perform unit testing debugging and deployments using Change Sets SFDX or CI CD tools
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices security standards and governor limits
• Collaborate with stakeholders admins and cross functional teams
• Provide production support and resolve defects and enhancements

Required Skills
