We are looking for a skilled -Salesforce Developer- with extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce development, focusing on Experience Cloud (formerly known as Community Cloud) and Salesforce configuration and customization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Salesforce Sales and Service clouds, have proficiency in Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and be adept at third-party integrations and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Salesforce Development : Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions on Salesforce using Visualforce Pages, Apex Classes, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Experience Cloud : Lead the design and implementation of Experience Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other Salesforce modules.

- Salesforce Customization : Develop custom workflows, approval processes, and flows to meet business requirements.

- Third-Party Integrations : Implement and manage third-party integrations using APIs and custom development.

- Data Migration : Execute data migration using Import Wizard, Apex Data Loader, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during transitions.

- Deployment & Version Control : Manage deployments via Workbench, Git (GitLab/GitHub), Gearset, Jenkins, and Salesforce Change Sets.

- SFDC Administration : Perform day-to-day SFDC administration tasks, including flow management and configurations.

- Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders and other teams to understand business needs and provide scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Required Qualifications :

- Salesforce Certification : Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification is mandatory.

- Salesforce Experience : Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

- Experience Cloud : At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud).

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Triggers.

- Experience with Lightning components and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Workflow, approval process, and flow design.

- Experience in third-party integrations and Salesforce APIs.

- Strong experience in deployment tools like Git, Gearset, Workbench, Jenkins, and Change Sets.

- Data Migration : Expertise in data migration using Import Wizard and Apex Data Loader.

- SFDC Administration : Experience in Salesforce administration, including flow management and configuration setup.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Additional Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer II).

- Experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
