Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and AI/ML engineering, with a focus on NLP and generative models.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
- Proven experience with RAG architectures, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone), and large language models (LLMs) such as GPT or LLaMA.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI systems with Salesforce CRM using APIs, Apex, or MuleSoft.
- Salesforce ADM 201 and PD1 certifications are required.
- Solid background in Agile methodologies; experience working with distributed/offshore teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience establishing and supporting Salesforce Communities (Customer Community).
- Excellent communication skills; strong problem-solving abilities; ability to work both independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
