Job summary

MR Consultancy in Pune district, Maharashtra, seeks a Salesforce Developer with 3–5 years of experience for a full-time, work-from-home role. You will handle Salesforce administration, user management, data security, and develop reports and dashboards for data analysis to drive business insights.

The role requires hands-on SFDC expertise, strong troubleshooting in L2 support, and excellent verbal and written communication. Anaplan exposure is a plus; Graduate in B.Tech/B.E is preferred.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce Administration and L2 Application/System Support. Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is mandatory. Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, with hands-on experience in Reports and Dashboards for data analysis. Ability to understand and analyze business logic and requirements. Experience managing Salesforce users, data, profiles, permissions, and security. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, especially in L2 support environments. Ability to analyze and resolve complex application issues quickly with strong attention to detail. Hands-on experience with Data Loader and other Salesforce data management tools. Good verbal and written communication skills. Anaplan exposure is a plus / good to have.
