Job summary

About the Role:

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer who loves building elegant, high-throughput systems. You won’t just be maintaining CRM workflows—you’ll be designing core service architectures, automating complex customer journeys, and bridging Salesforce with high-frequency financial trading systems.

What You’ll Do

• Build for Scale: Design, code, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and Visualforce.
• AI & Agentic Workflows: Design, configure, and integrate autonomous AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce to automate complex customer interactions, service routing, and advisory workflows.
• Integrate Financial Systems: Architect seamless REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven integrations connecting Salesforce with our core trading platforms, KYC pipelines, and analytics engines.
• Optimize Performance: Write clean, bulkified Apex code that respects governor limits while handling high concurrency and large data volumes.
• Drive Platform Automation: Craft intelligent flows, process builders, and custom triggers to streamline sales, service, and onboarding workflows.
• Innovate & Elevate: Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and DevOps engineers to bring modern software engineering practices (CI/CD, automated testing) into the Salesforce environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on Coding: 5+ years of active development experience on the Salesforce platform, with strong mastery of LWC, Apex, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Emerging Tech / AI: Exposure to or hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, or LLM-based CRM integrations is a huge plus.
• Integration Expertise: Proven experience building custom APIs and working with asynchronous processing (Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Platform Events).
• Problem Solver: A solid grasp of software design patterns, data structures, and database optimization.
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) is required; PD2 or Integration Architect certs are a huge plus!
• Product Mindset: You care about the end-user experience—not just whether the code passes unit tests.
