Job summary

Fulcrum Digital Inc is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to lead development and implementation efforts. The role involves coding, configuration, testing, and maintaining package development, while coordinating with clients to deliver Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of Salesforce experience, deep knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and admin setup, and can manage timelines and documentation.

Qualifications

• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Design and build high‑performance Apex code with best practices.
• Ensure the highest quality of the Salesforce application.
• Take ownership of project work and build client relationships as a self‑starter.
• Identify bugs and align with requirements during debugging.
• Write test classes to achieve over 80% code coverage.
• Test bug fixes and deploy to production.
• Apex development experience.
• Experience with editors such as MavensMate or Eclipse for force.com.
• Visualforce page development.
• Ability to consult with customers on Salesforce solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and optimization of solutions.
• Experience in admin setup: users, security, roles, profiles, and reports.
