Job summary

Pursuit Software Development in India is seeking a Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience to design, develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components, including Visualforce where needed.

You will build and maintain complex Flows, validation rules, work with REST/SOAP APIs and OAuth 2.0, own integration implementations, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficient in Apex, LWC, and Visualforce as needed.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and OAuth 2.0.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce automation tools (Flows, validation rules, workflows).

Salesforce Developer -3yrs Min on hands-on-experience

Design, develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components

(LWC) and Visualforce where needed.

• Build and maintain complex Salesforce Flows, validation rules, workflows, triggers and custom objects to automate business processes.
• Own integration implementations and troubleshooting for REST / SOAP APIs, OAuth 2.0, middleware or direct API calls; implement resilient error handling and retry logic.
• Implement, deploy, and support Agent force solutions in production: configuration, governance, security reviews, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, estimate work, and produce high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues (data, automation, integrations) in high usage environments.
• Participate actively in architecture and design reviews with technical architects; ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
• Write and maintain unit tests, perform code reviews, and collaborate on continuous improvement of development processes.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployments (Salesforce DX, Git-based workflows, DevOps Centre/Copado or similar).
• Mentor junior developers, provide constructive code review feedback, and share knowledge across the team.
