Job summary

Zone IT Solutions in India is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

You will specialize in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, integrations via REST/SOAP, and AI-enabled automation with Agentforce; contribute to architecture, reviews, and release planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, integrations, and Salesforce platform development.
• Experience with Agentforce (Salesforce AI Agents) and AI-driven automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Develop and customize applications using LWC, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Build and maintain custom Salesforce applications, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
• Design and implement Agentforce solutions, including AI-powered agents, prompt templates, topics, actions, and agent orchestration.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, architects, and product teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability following Salesforce best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, deployment planning, and release management activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and design artifacts.
