Job summary

Zone IT Solutions in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce design, development and implementation.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
• Proficiency in LWC, Apex Classes/Triggers, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with Agentforce AI Agents and AI-driven automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Develop and customize applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Build and maintain custom Salesforce applications, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
• Design and implement Agentforce solutions, including AI-powered agents, prompt templates, topics, actions, and agent orchestration.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, architects, and product teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Experience with Agentforce (Salesforce AI Agents) and AI-driven automation solutions will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

• Participate in code reviews, deployment planning, and release management activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and design artifacts.
