Experienced Salesforce Developer II supporting the development, enhancement, and integration of Service Cloud solutions. This role focuses on delivering high-impact business functionality, scalable custom components, and system integrations within an enterprise Salesforce environment. The role is a hands‑on Salesforce developer position focused on independently executing development tasks while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel functionality such as routing, capacity, and presence management. Build scalable, high-quality applications using Apex and Lightning frameworks, with LWC as the primary development framework, and maintain existing Aura and Visualforce components as needed. Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs, Bulk APIs, and Metadata APIs, including telephony/CTI and external SaaS/AppExchange integrations. Time Zone: U.S. Central Time (CT)

Requirements Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing Salesforce business applications.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, including triggers, controllers, and test classes.
• Lightning development, with strong hands‑on LWC experience.
• SOQL and SOSL.
• Demonstrated experience building business solutions within Service Cloud.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Omni‑Channel functionality.
• Experience developing custom objects and working within the Salesforce development environment.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third‑party systems using REST‑based web services.
• Experience maintaining or enhancing existing Aura and/or Visualforce components.
• Hands‑on experience with Git and Salesforce CI/CD, deployment, and migration processes.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
