Everpure is seeking a Salesforce Developer to architect and scale the backend backbone of our go-to-market engine. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Operations to deliver high-impact Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Partner Communities.

THE ROLE

Architect and scale the backend backbone of our go-to-market engine as a Salesforce Developer. In this role, you will partner directly with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Operations teams to transform complex business requirements into high-impact, scalable technical solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Partner Communities. You will drive operational efficiency by designing seamless integrations and custom applications that empower internal teams to close deals faster and deliver superior customer experiences.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Drive Platform Architecture & Custom Development: Design, build, and deploy high-performance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows to streamline core business workflows and eliminate operational bottlenecks for enterprise stakeholders.

Integrate & Scale Ecosystem Connectivity: Connect third-party AppExchange applications and external enterprise platforms via REST/SOAP APIs and OAuth, ensuring seamless data flow, data integrity, and system security across our global tech stack.

Optimize Bottlenecks & Operational Performance: Proactively audit, debug, and refine existing codebase and business logic to resolve data inconsistencies and enhance platform speed, reliability, and user productivity across Revenue Operations.

Lead Release & Deployment Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end change management and deployment pipeline, adhering to development best practices to deliver reliable, zero-downtime platform enhancements and feature releases.

WHAT YOU BRING

Salesforce Development Expertise: Demonstrated mastery engineering custom solutions on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Partner Communities using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flow Builder.

API & Systems Integration Mastery: Hands-on capability in building and maintaining robust third-party integrations using REST/SOAP web services, OAuth authentication, and single sign-on (SSO) protocols.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex business challenges, work independently alongside technical architects and business stakeholders, and translate functional needs into technical architecture.

Location Expectation: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Pure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved lea ve.
