Job summary

Synechron Technologies in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, configure and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and declarative platform capabilities. You will build and support REST API integrations and implement secure data-management patterns across objects.

The role requires strong Salesforce experience, integration with external services through REST APIs, and familiarity with DevOps practices (Copado or similar).

Salesforce Developer Below is the Job Description: Design, configure and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and declarative platform capabilities. Build and support REST API integrations, HTTP callouts, authentication, JSON processing, service logging and resilient error handling. Implement data mappings, validation rules, synchronisation logic and secure data-management patterns across standard and custom objects. Translate functional requirements into maintainable technical designs and reusable platform patterns. Create unit tests and technical test cases, perform sandbox validation and resolve implementation defects. Prepare deployment packages and promote changes through controlled Salesforce release pipelines. Produce technical documentation, implementation notes, test evidence and knowledge-transfer materials. Strong commercial Salesforce experience across Apex, LWC, Flow and platform configuration. Demonstrated experience integrating Salesforce with external services through secure REST APIs. Solid understanding of Salesforce data modelling, security, sharing and governor limits. Experience with source-driven development, Git-based workflows and automated release pipelines. Hands‑on experience with Copado or a comparable Salesforce DevOps platform. Clear technical design and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong testing discipline, problem-solving ability and attention to maintainability and operational support. Financial services, lending, origination or regulated-industry experience is highly desirable.
