Job summary

WillWare Technologies in Bengaluru, India is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and support scalable Salesforce solutions. The role requires hands-on development across Apex, LWC, integrations, and data management, with strong focus on security and performance.

You will collaborate with architects, QA, and stakeholders, implement declarative automation, and ensure timely delivery using Git/Copado/Azure DevOps in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, enhancement, and production support.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions using Salesforce Flows and other declarative automation tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security concepts, including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency in data migration, data loading, and data quality management using Salesforce tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, production incidents, and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Experience with source control and deployment tools such as Git, Copado, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development practices.
• Must hold valid Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) and Salesforce Administrator certifications.
