We seek a Salesforce Engineer II in Bangalore to support and enhance Salesforce applications, collaborating with Sales, Service, and IT teams. You’ll design scalable processes, troubleshoot, and implement solutions using Salesforce technologies, contributing to Infoblox’s growing success.
- Support Salesforce issues across Sales, CPQ, Marketing, and order management.
- Assist in month/quarter-end processes.
- Enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ applications.
- Develop in Apex, LWC, Aura, and integrate with web services.
- Monitor Salesforce updates and recommend improvements.
- Work with tools like VSC, GitHub, and CICD.
- 6+ years in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC).
- Proficiency in SFDC APIs, SOQL, SOAP/REST services, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Salesforce administration and CRM processes.
- Knowledge of deployment tools (e.g., Copado, AutoRabbit) and Agile methodologies.
- Preferred: Salesforce certifications (App Builder, PD I/II, CPQ).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 6 months: Understand application flows and stabilize production support.
- 1 year: Automate recurring issues and achieve certifications to grow your expertise.
