• Stakeholder management across global time zones.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required; Platform App Builder certification preferred.
• 10+ years IT experience; 5+ years Salesforce; 5+ years people leadership.

About the job:

Owns end-to-end delivery from Hyderabad and leads every India-based CoE team - build, release and quality - across Opella's multi-org Salesforce estate.

Main responsibilities:

• Build and lead the Hyderabad hub: hiring, onboarding, performance and careers
• Own delivery of the global roadmap across myCRM, CCM, myAlliance, TPM, B2B&B2C Marketing and other project initiatives
• Collaborate in the allocation of resources for specific demands and projects
• Report delivery KPIs, budget and risks to CoE Leadership
• Manage Hyderabad team on a daily basis, making sure everyone is on point with their assignments.
• Plan, interview and hire new resources.

Preferred qualifications:

• Built or scaled a delivery centre of 10+ people
• Delivered multi-cloud Salesforce programmes (Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud)
• Pharma, consumer health or other GxP-regulated industry
• Stakeholder management across global time zones
• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• Certifications & experience: Required Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder Preferred Application or System Architect, PMP Experience 10+ yrs IT 5+ yrs Salesforce 5+ yrs people leadership
