Lecan Solution Private Limited is seeking a Salesforce Data 360 Engineer to lead data solutions on Salesforce Data Cloud. You will drive end-to-end delivery and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) implementations.
• Own solution design reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture.
• Act as the escalation point for complex data, identity, and performance issues.
• Ensure best practices for scalability, performance, and data governance.
• Review Data Streams, Data Models, Transforms, Calculated Insights, and Segments built by the team.
• Conduct technical reviews, provide feedback, and enforce coding/data standards.
• Guide teams on data modeling, DMOs, and relationship design.
• Drive UAT, go-live readiness, and post-production optimization.
• Support defect resolution and optimization activities.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical designs.
• Provide effort estimates, delivery plans, and status updates to leadership.

Job Summary

As a Salesforce Data 360 Engineer, you will lead the development and delivery of data solutions on Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360). You will act as the primary technical point of contact, ensuring teams deliver well-architected Data 360 solutions aligned with business needs and enterprise standards.

The role requires strong hands-on experience in Data Cloud and the ability to guide teams through complex data ingestion, identity resolution, and activation use cases.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce integrated with Data Cloud (Data 360) to enable real-time, data-driven AI agent experiences.
• Understanding of Marketing Cloud (Contact Builder, Automation Studio, Journey Builder) and Marketing Cloud Personalization.
