Job summary

TVS Next Limited in Chennai is seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Administrator with hands-on CPQ administration and QTC processes. The ideal candidate should have CPQ administration, configuration, product configuration, pricing, quoting, approvals, contracts and renewals.

Candidates with CPQ developer background and RLM exposure will be considered. You will administer and configure CPQ, manage QLE, templates, guided selling and approvals, plus support amendments, renewals and subscriptions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce/IT experience with CPQ administration and configuration.
• Strong expertise in product configuration, pricing, discounting and QLE.
• Hands-on experience with amendments, renewals, subscriptions, orders and contracts.
• Knowledge of Flows, validation rules, custom objects and security model.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Salesforce CPQ per business requirements.
• Configure Product Catalog, Bundles, Options, Rules, Price Rules and Discount Schedules.
• Manage Quote Line Editor, Quote Templates, Guided Selling and Advanced Approvals.
• Support Amendments, Renewals, Subscriptions, Orders, Contracts and CQD processes.
• Configure Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, Fields and relationships.
• Collaborate with analysts, sales ops, product and IT to translate requirements into CPQ solutions.
• Assist testing, deployments, data migration and CPQ improvements.

About The Job

We are looking for a Salesforce CPQ Administrator with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ Administration, Configuration and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes. The ideal candidate should have experience managing CPQ solutions across product configuration, pricing, quoting, approvals, contracts and renewals. Candidates with a strong Salesforce CPQ Developer background and hands-on configuration experience can also be considered. Exposure to Revenue Cloud / Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) will be an added advantage.

What You'll Do

• Administer and configure Salesforce CPQ based on business and functional requirements.
• Configure Product Catalog, Product Bundles, Product Options, Product Rules, Price Rules and Discount Schedules.
• Manage Quote Line Editor (QLE), Quote Templates, Guided Selling and Advanced Approvals.
• Support Amendments, Renewals, Subscription Products, Orders, Contracts and Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Configure Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, Fields and Relationships.
• Work with Business Analysts, Sales Operations, Product and IT teams to translate requirements into CPQ solutions.
• Support testing, deployments, data migration, production troubleshooting and continuous CPQ process improvements.

What We Seek In You

• 5+ years of Salesforce / IT experience with strong hands-on Salesforce CPQ Administration and Configuration experience.
• Strong expertise in Product Configuration, Product Rules, Pricing, Discounting, QLE, Quote Templates and Approvals.
• Hands-on experience with Amendments, Renewals, Subscription Products, Orders, Contracts and Quote-to-Cash.
• Strong Salesforce Administration knowledge covering Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, Fields, Relationships, Profiles, Permission Sets and Security Model.
• Experience in CPQ production support, issue resolution and requirement analysis.
• Working knowledge of Apex, Triggers, SOQL and LWC.
• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, integration concepts, Data Loader and Workbench.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management.
• Strong collaboration skills with business and technical stakeholders.

Revenue Cloud / RLM

• Exposure to Salesforce Revenue Cloud / Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) is preferred.
• Experience with Revenue Cloud, Salesforce Billing, Subscription, Order or Contract lifecycle will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with strong Salesforce CPQ fundamentals but limited RLM exposure may be considered based on their ability to ramp up quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist or Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
• Exposure to MDQ / Ramp, Guided Selling or QCP.
• Experience with Conga, DocuSign/PandaDoc.
• Exposure to Copado/Gearset.
• Experience with MuleSoft or Oracle ERP integrations.
• Revenue Cloud / RLM certification.
