Job summary

NITYO seeks an experienced Salesforce Communications Cloud Developer (Vlocity) to design and deliver telecom-focused solutions. You will implement OmniStudio components, product catalog and CPQ, and develop integrations with REST/SOAP endpoints, Platform Events, and middleware tools.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, deep Vlocity expertise in Telecommunications, and strong Salesforce Cloud development skills (Apex, LWC, Aura).

• Deep expertise in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) solutions for the Telecommunications domain.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions using Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity).
• Configure and develop OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards).
• Implement Product Catalog, Product Modeling, Pricing, Promotions, and CPQ functionality.
• Develop and customize Order Capture and Order Management processes.
• Build integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and middleware tools.
• Create Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components as required.
• Participate in solution design, technical discussions, and code reviews.
• Support deployments and troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
